Hawks Cay Resort

We had a wonderful time at Hawks cay for my daughter‘s birthday celebration. The marina was beautiful. The slips are nice for your boats. The pool is amazing. The lagoon is awesome. We got to see dolphins. It was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

It was a great resort, the staff was incredible, and the location was peaceful and relaxing.

Staff is very pleasant, room was very clean. The water in the main pool was totally cloudy, the food sold at the tiki bar is not really good. The salt water lagoon was not as nice as pictured, a few minutes after entering the water my legs started burning, and in the morning some guests allowed their pets to play in the water, I didn’t find that very appropriate. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious, very pricy breakfast but worth it! The Salt and ash michellin chef restaurant is spectacular but only opens for dinner so u have no other option but to eat at the tiki bar and the lunch is not so great. Overall its a very chill weekend, but I feel like its a one time thing, where I got to know the resort but don’t find it worth returning. We didn’t really find any other nice restaurants in the area. I would still recommend ppl to have their own experience and if you enjoy just chilling in the pool you will enjoy this resort.

It did not live up to our expectations. Most of the staff was friendly, but the bar staff was not. We got to our villa and there were no dish towels, no dish soap or dishwasher detergent. The shampoo and conditioner bottle bottles were empty. There were minimal supplies in the kitchen. Just not what I expected from a resort like this. The drinks were ehh and way overpriced. We will come back to the area, but won’t spend the money to stay here again.

The hotel is nice as well as the amenities They have activities every day The only problem is that we didn’t have room service until I saw the lady in the hallway and asked her to do our room. That was our 3rd night

I will definitely stay again enjoy all the amenities the resort offers. Very good customer service

Wonderful stay at Hawks Cay! super friendly staff, beautiful pools, this was really a treat. Just wish we could have stayed longer! Will recommend!!

Our stay was pretty good. One of the elevators was out of service for the whole week. Check in was a bit confusing. We had to wait for a phone call to say our room ready, the call was never received. Being a resort property, I would expect the staff to be more helpful, friendly, share the moment with your guests. The property was very well maintained and clean.

Pools are great! The outside areas are all good. The room was comfortable. We loved our view, overlooking the ocean! The bathroom, towels, and other items were okay. The TV was frustrating.

The pool environment was lively with music. Paddle boarding with in the lagoon was fun. We loved playing pickle ball as well! The Villa had a nice view of the canal.
