Great time on vacation.I love the room I stay in.it was my first time staying there n better believe I will be back soon.

Location was OK

It sucks that we had to put $400 then we had to pay 69 per day for parking lot that’s $69. I couldn’t spend it with my family somewhere else, apartments too old and dirty carpet sofas dirty and bathroom dirty to be honest the money that we spent for a dirty apartment and they charge us 69 per day was not worth it. I don’t recommend nobody.

Property was very spacious however could use some updating and cleaning . Furniture very out dated and nothing like pictures as advertised …

The staff was very slow I had to call the front desk 3 times for towels and for trash …I called to ask what to do with trash and was advise someone would come get it and that took all day as well ..I called that morning and no came until that evening after calling several times . The man at the front desk with the cane very grumpy and bad attitude . We had a 4 bedroom, 4 couples coming from different places and he mad e a big deal because we needed 4 parking passes …He sarcastically stated 4 parking passes as if that was ridiculous…Breakfast staff very friendly and breakfast was great …

The excellent customer service and compassion of the staff are second to none. The check in experience with Delores was very refreshing after a frustrating 4 hour travel. She was accommodating offering local places that were kid friendly. The very best expert however was Jovan in the restaurant. Our granddaughter is Autistic and has sensory and texture issues. Green apples are one of her favorites but she likes them with no skin There are no sharp knives on the buffet line. I took the apples to the omelette station and asked for a knife. Jovan took the apples and peels and sliced them for my granddaughter. Grateful and humbled is what I felt. Someone cared enough to go above and beyond to assure my sweet granddaughter ate what she liked. Autism has been a learning experience of love and compassion and that is what I felt was exercised at the restaurant/grll that day.
