The staff was friendly and helpful. A very relaxing getaway for couples and very welcoming to families! Our stay of three days was delightful with beautiful weather and lots of things to do . Our room had a balcony overlooking the ocean and provided a relaxing spot for listening to ocean waves. A big thank you to Rylie who was a cheerful welcoming figure at the on site restaurant each morning !

"Huge Disappointment"

My family and I have been coming to the Patricia Grand every year since 2016 & usually everything is great but this year the overall experience was terrible. We stayed in room 532 there was food left in the fridge from whoever stayed in the room prior to us and the paint on the ceiling was literally falling on us throughout the night constantly getting in our mouth , hair , drinks on the side table etc. The Kitchen sink was leaking from underneath & water would come from under it every time we used it, 2 of the 3 lamps didn’t work & on Thursday afternoon one of the housekeepers pushed their cart onto the elevator and the rug flipped so when she maneuvered the cart to get in the elevator she hit my boyfriends foot with the cart and cracked his nail pretty bad. The Patricia Grand was always our favorite place to stay and we have made great memories there over the years but after this recent trip we’re considering trying a different hotel from now on.
