Great place

It needed upgrading for the elevators or add another. Housekeeping was very, very pleasant and so sweet.

Hotel was outdated, our room smelled like mold. The tub didn’t drain so you stand shin high in your shower water. Attempted the hot tub but it was slimy.

Everything was good no issues had a great time

The check in and check out process was incredibly easy. The pools and hot tubs were great. Room was nice and clean. It was mostly quiet, except for the second afternoon when people down the hall were arguing in the hallway. The biggest downside was the elevators and lack or luggage carts. The side where we stayed only had two of the three elevators working. It took over 45 minutes to get downstairs when we were trying to pack up and leave. The elevator only opened 5 times in that span, so it wasn’t like we kept seeing packed cars. We weren’t seeing the doors open that much. I understand that it would be hard to add more elevators, but the broken one should have been fixed before the spring/summer travel season started.

Fabulous views, very friendly and helpful employees, great outdoor pool, lovely room, great access to the beautiful beach with convenient outdoor showers, a great DJ playing by the pool Saturday afternoon, restaurants within walking distance and a convenient restaurant in the resort—- a few of the machines in the fitness center were broken—- we had a wonderful vacation! Well worth it!

There were roaches on the wall. The zinc was dirty. Bed was old. No alarm clock; was unable to use the electrical outlet for my phone because it was out of place. The view was spectacular! Pool area, beach, was perfect. Location was really good.

Using the 10 digit code they give is terrible. Why not use vacationer phone # instead. The code was ridiculous and didn’t always work. The room was old...musty smelling....paint peeling.....ceiling needed repairs.

Had to keep shoes on my two year old due to floors being so dirty. Also made a complaint about the smoke coming from next door our entire stay and stressed that it was unsafe for our child to be inhaling. Was told my front desk that there was nothing that could be done. Worst hotel stay we have ever experienced. Will not be back.
