The Patricia Grand by Vacasa

Other than the elevators all being down and having to climb 14 flights of stairs, and the Starbucks lady being very rude it wasn’t all that bad. My room was not the best, I have stayed there before in different rooms that were much nicer. The ocean view was the best.

In April 2025, we stayed for six nights at the Patricia Grand Resort Hotel in Room 610. Having visited Myrtle Beach for 32 years, we’ve stayed at the Patricia Grand a couple of times before. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay there. While the staff was courteous, friendly, and attentive to our concerns, the overall condition of our suite was disappointing. The tiled kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty and sticky, and a section of the living room ceiling had peeling paint that kept falling onto the floor. The baseboards appeared as though they hadn’t been touched by a paintbrush in years. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling had peeling paint and the exhaust fan failed to function properly. The light tray over the bathroom sink had paint chips laying on the inside surface and some chips would fall onto the bathroom countertop when using the hair blower. The entire suite felt unclean and fell far below the standard we expected. Given that the property is marketed as a "Resort Hotel," and considering the substantial cost of our stay, the experience was deeply unsatisfactory and did not meet our expectations.

I love that they had an indoor pool which was heated. April weather outside is not the best so having that option was great.

We had an Absolutely amazing vacation ! We were on the 18th floor and I'm terrified of heights, but the view was amazing, but the most important part that I need to tell you is you need to see Wendy. Wendy happened to be our waitress easter Sunday at the restaurant in the hotel, and she was the bartender by the pool a few times but she is absolutely amazing!!! The entire staff was great! My family and I will definitely be back just wish I could bring my cat. They only allowed dogs

The keypad door terribly annoying and antiquated and should be replaced with a more modern entry lock.

I enjoyed the fact that it was clean I was on the 19th floor. Wanted to get in the hot tub but it was full of guest. All around a great stay! Will stay again at this location.

We were extremely impressed with the front desk attendant AnneMarie. She was so cheerful and helpful during our whole stay. Thats so nice to encounter

The hotel needs to be renovated. Terrible bed to sleep on. Mold in room and didn't look very clean. Only stayed here due to pet accommodations. This used to be a nice hotel years ago but definitely not the same.
