Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan - All Inclusive

Had lots of fun with the best food, while there where some things we’d change like elevators closer to rooms at the end we had to walk far or take the steps 5 floors,

I stayed at pueblo bonito mazatlan beach and resort and it is absolutely gorgeous and close to downtown if you are planning to leave and explore Mazatlan, however Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan Emerald bay is stunning and will stay here next time. They offer more restaurants and have the spa with 3 pools including an adult only pool. It’s a bigger resort, and the good thing is they have a free shuttle service between both hotels so you can explore both hotels and enjoy both amenities. Definitely recommend

Beautiful property, but small. Food options are extremely limited. Dinner menu at the main restaurant is the exact same as “ballpark” style food menu offered at the pool bar. We were in Mexico for two weeks and stayed in Centro Historico as well. Are tons of food and never had an issue. On our last day at Pueblo bonito I got terrible food poisoning!! Worst of my life. Also our room air conditioner was malfunctioning and the room was soaked every day, floors were slippery wet and the entire suite smelled of mold. The all inclusive option made things easy, but the food and drinks were far below par.. staying at Pueblo bonito again will never be something that we entertain.

Beautiful property, the food options were delicious. The staff were amazing. The bartenders and pool service was perfect.

We had some braces for the mouth we wrapped them in our clothes they moved our stuff and threw the braces away people are not friendly they don’t even greet you

I’ve stayed here plenty of times. This time was so bad that I’ll never go back again.

El hotel es excelente para unas vacaciones relajantes en familia pero si te quieres divertir no es el recomendado aún que está seca del cento. No tiene actividades nocturnas el hotel es 100% familiar y tranquilo. No me gustó que te piden escanear tu pulsear para cada ocasión y cerrar cuenta para todo . Las acotaciones to tienen refrigerador ni bebida. Si lo recomiendo si te queres pasa unas vacaciones relajadas para disfrutar todo lo que ofrece el hotel y el emelardbay excelente hotel

This property was very well maintained. On a daily basis people were out there by 5:30 in the morning cleaning, getting the pool, restaurants, outdoor snack bars ready for the guest. It was all inclusive there were several choices of restaurants and delicious food. Don't think I had one meal there that I didn't like. All the staff were very professional, and would help you with anything you asked. I feel like I made some friends there for life. I highly recommend this place if you want to go and relax, enjoy the wonderful Beach and the temperature of the water, there were a lot of wonderful little shops nearby that you could buy clothes or fun things to take home to the family. I felt very safe there I did a lot of walking around the neighborhood.
