I enjoy my time at pueblo Bonita Mazatlan. I got the all inclusive package. The food was good. My room had a great view of the beach and pool. However, the water in the shower was not hot and the bed was hard.

"Pueblo Bonito memorable experience"

Second year we been to Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan and the experience was excellent. Everyone is so attentive and polite. In the pool bar our server Joel was always so polite, attentive, kind. He made our stay memorable. Everyone makes pueblo bonito excellent. Will be coming back again next year.

Great, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were amazing and very visually appealing. The view to the ocean was great to wake up to every morning. Food at cilantros was very tasty and poolside service was quick and courteous. Would recommend 10/10.

"Excellent"

We had a twelve day stay and were happy with our choice. The staff are all incredibly friendly and the resort is in a good location. If you want to be closer to old town then I recommend staying at the downtown resort otherwise you can take a taxi into town for around 250 pesos.

"Poor customer Service"

I booked Junior Suite Oceanfront 2 queen. The beds were full size. No refrigerator. Customer service was awfull. The bar tender at the bar never smiled. Every time we went to ask for towels at the pool they were always out. We went to have breakfast at Cilantro's after we were seated noone came to serve us or even acknowledge we were there. We got up and left after 10 minutes just sitting there. Did not feel like we were in a resort.

Le falta limpieza a los baños ( regadera), las paredes llena de hongo, los restaurantes muy llenos, dos veces pedimos y ya no había esa comida en la carta, cerrado uno de.los restaurantes y nadie aviso, falta actividades para entretenerse, bajonla calidad de la comida, toallas solo secas con olor a pipi
