"Great Hotel but Reservation Issues"

I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon. We were very excited with the closeness to restaurants and nightlife. The service was exceptional and the room itself was beautiful. My only issue was then when I had booked the room as we are HGV members with points the hotel had no record of this and made us pay for our stay again even though they had already taken our points. We had paid for our stay months in advance. After contacting customer service and showing them our receipts we have yet to receive a refund for the additional payment. Another issue I had with my stay is that while the balcony and view was beautiful the birds had taken over and it was uninhabitable with all of the bird poop. Overall my stay was good and I would probably stay again but I don’t recommend attempting to pay with points in advance.

"Paradise with a smile!"

We had the best vacation ever! The facility was beautiful, safe, and convenient. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were very close to the airport which was extremely convenient. We could walk to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. I would not hesitate to come back to this resort! My friend even bought into the vacation club, so we're looking forward to more quality travel with Hilton.
