Our 2 bedroom suite was very well appointed and equipped. There was a lovely view of the bay from our balcony which we really enjoyed with our morning cup of tea. The hotel is withing walking distance of many good restaurants and smaller eateries. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

"Great September Stay at Royal Palm"

We had a nice time at this resort. Loved the kitchen. Wished the washer and dryer were in the unit though. Overall great location, people working were wonderful. We rented a car so made a lot of travel around the island as well. The beach and pool at the resort were really lovely. We never ate at the restaurant.

"So to sum up my day, I would say it was a solid seven out of 10 it would’ve been perfect if the room service was at 10,"

The comfort of our bedroom and the privacy and also the pool the pool was very nice and warm and the staff members at the bar and the front desk was really nice .

What I didn’t like about the property was the room service like we paid over $100 just for the lady to change the sheets and the fact that we only got serviced once during the week and paid over $100 was not fair. I think they should work on room service cause it was a zero out of 10 and we had to fix our own beds over herself or we would have to pay $100 again for just fixing the bed. I don’t find out fair.
