Restaurants are nearby. Hotel is very nice and the room was very nice and comfortable. Upon arrival and departure, the receptionists were very cordial and helpful. I will definitely stay at this place again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing hotel and staff.

Very nice resort located along the strip on the Dutch side. The property is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Although housekeeping isn’t provided unless you’re staying 5+ days, the staff was quick to deliver towels and any other necessities when requested. The only slight inconvenience was the elevator access. If you’re on the west side of the building (near the BBQ restaurant), the ground-floor elevator is reserved for staff only. This meant carrying luggage and groceries up and down the stairs to the second floor (stairs are very steep) or taking a longer walk to the available elevator. Additionally, the walk from the lobby to the far west side of the building is quite long.

We had an amazing time here at Hilton Vacation Club Royal Palm St. Maarten. I traveled here with my family and after a long flight, we arrived like two hours earlier and was waiting for our room to be ready. My 2 year old grandson started getting fussy because of the heat and one of the girls at the check in counter called me over and she got us an amazing room right away to help us out. She went out of her way to help my family and me and we thought that was pretty cool. The room was a very spacious and clean upon check in. Our room was literally 30 feet from the beach which was perfect. I saw some reviews about the music being loud at the clubs down the beach and I don’t think it was that bad. The latest I heard the music was like 11pm which isn’t bad. The only complaint I have is that they didn’t clean our room because we only stayed there for seven days and we had to pay every day to have our room clean which we ended up cleaning our room ourselves. They told us that we had to be there at least eight days in order to get that service, which I didn’t understand that, but I was on vacation mode and didn’t feel like dealing with it. If you call the front desk and ask for towels and have the garbage picked up, they will send someone right away which was a good thing. We had an amazing time and rented a buggy to drive around the island and it was wonderful. Some of the reviews I read complained about how some of the areas on the island looked, but after getting hit with a huge storm and 90% of the island was damaged, I think they have come a long way and it looked pretty good to us. I would definitely come back here for another vacation.
