Good location and decent facilities.

Security deposit was deducted promptly before arrival. At checkout was told it would be refunded in 3 business days. Yet to see any sign of it- as always easier to take than return money. Also whilst some of the staff were friendly and willing to help others couldn’t be bothered- not what the tired guest reaching your property wants to be faced with.

When we arrived there was no parking available, we had to use parking a few blocks away, which was half the price of the hotel parking

The location was excellent, close to underground metro and Trader Joe's for groceries. We requested a quiet room which was provided to the rear of the property situated away from the busy Pennsylvania Avenue.

The decor was dated and the kitchen was a bit rundown (original), however, the room (separate bedroom with ensuite, lounge and kitchen) was clean and comfortable.
