The facilities are nice and the staff friendly and helpful, and it's extremely well located

The bathroom was outdated and smelt like sewer. We had to keep its door closed constantly The kitchen also absolutely need some remodel (I think it's from the 70s with the older dishwasher I've ever seen) + more accessories (at least 1 knife per person would seem like the minimum) and basic kit for a few days (salt, pepper, oil)

I really liked the full kitchen in the suite and the location can't be more convenient, across street from the Trader Joe's! The hotel is also very clean and quiet - even though it's on Pennsylvania Ave, the room is pin drop quiet!

I enjoyed the location. It was easy to park due to the holiday on the street. I was able to easily walk into the Georgetown area

It is in need of an update. The bathroom and kitchen are very dated. They didn’t charge excessively so I can’t complain much about this

This is the second time I go to this hotel. First time was in 2023 and everything was good. Since then nothing seems to have changed. In fact it has deteriorated since then. It was not clean.
