We like everything about the property very clean !! Landscape is on point and your staff from the pool to beach was so accommodating!! It was our first stay and we loved it enjoyed your second property sunset as well so much fun we will be back ..

We wish you had a jacuzzi or two !! Also would rather not have to download an app to make reservations for the bus to visit your sister property it was confusing and seems they weren’t even checking lol I would op out of app !!.

Nice location on the beach and close to downtown Cabo and Marina. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Our room was terrible! We were actually upgraded to a larger suite near the pool, but it did not help. The room had a terrible musty and mildewy smell and was full of mosquitos. We had to keep the fans running full blast the whole time to prevent mosquitoes from landing on us. All the bedding and drapery was musty and the furniture was old and beat up, and all the walls needed a paint job. Our luggage and clothes all had musty smell when we got home and everything needed to be washed. Food and drinks were mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the price of the stay. I’ve stayed at other all-inclusive properties and have been pleasantly surprised by quality of the food and drinks. That was not the case here. We ended up eating breakfast at the hotel most days, then went off property for better quality meals most nights.

Access to the beach and city, friendly and respnsive work staff, clean and well kept grounds, plenty towels and water bottles, and peaceful and quiet.

Customer Service from the front desk was less than optimal. The "facilities" category earned a mediocre score due to their departure day policy. Checking out of the room by 10AM requirement is understandable. But additionally- we were booted out of the entire resort facility by noon. This was unfortunate for us--and poor customer service-- because it was 66 degrees outside and pouring rain and our departure flight wasn't until evening hours. So, we had little choice but to spend our final day in a not-so-nice airport all day, ending our trip on a crummy note. Additionally, lighting in the rooms is very poor. And charging outlets are few. And orientation information to a new arrival was inadequate.

This hotel and good and bad aspects about it. It is located on the Medano beach, which is good, but if you sit in the beach chairs on the beach you get bombarded with sales pitches for everything in the world every 1-2 minutes. They won’t let you not reply with them without them pushing you to answer. They are there into the night. It is not real easy to walk along the beach as the soft is fairly soft. There is a small undertow on the beach but if you move in and out with the water flow it is not an issue. The outside of the Rose and pool are very nice, beautiful, but the rooms are fair to poor. The rooms are old, one of the two air conditioners just pushed out warm air, in 8 days we only had hot water once in the evening and never in the morning, but we did have hot water once at 9 am. The safe had issues and would not open when we left so a guy came up to open it with a key. The internet was ok. The marina is just down the beach but again you cannot walk 30 seconds without getting blasted by aggressive salespeople. The great thing about this hotel is the fact that you can take a bus (1030 am and on the half hour) to the sunset beach hotel on the Pacific side which is newer and has more meal options. Great Sky pool with great views. You cannot go into the Pacific ocean there because of undertows and drop-offs. Another advantage of the Sunset beach hotel is that at the Rose and Blanco hotels in town there is a fair smell of air pollution in the morning due to people burning trash in the town or neighboring areas. It burns off around 0900. There is no air pollution issues on the Sunset beach hotel on the Pacific side as it is on the other side of the mountain and has stronger winds there. We had a nice stay, but would probably stay at the Sunset Beach property in the future, and just take the bus occasionally to the Rose or Blanco hotel. The people that worked there were very nice. Because of aggressive sales people I might not stay on Medano beach next time and go somewhere else.

Las instalaciones ya son algo viejas, les hace falta remodelar, y los bartam del hotel blanco, si no eres extranjero, te dejan siempre al final y no son amables

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, pero las habitaciones están bastante antiguas y deterioradas e igualmente los elevadores y el área de bufet para el desayuno.
