Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

The front gate attendants (morning of 1/4/2026) are rude and make it difficult to enter the resort even if you are staying at the hotel. The food is also terrible.

The location is wonderful but it was a very dirty hotel

Estaba terminando el horario de comida en el lugar donde sirven sushi en las noches. Tenía el plato y la cuchara yo en la mano, me forme atrás de una persona que se estaba sirviendo y al intentar servirme llega una persona diciendo se acabó el tiempo. Ya tenía la cuchara con la comida para echarla al plato y me dijo NO, lo siento, se terminó el tiempo y me estiro su mano para que dejara yo la cuchara y la comida. Eso se me hizo de muy mal gusto, entiendo los horarios y los tiempos, yo también trabajo en atención y aunque se acaba el tiempo de servicio y se cierran las puertas debo atender a mis clientes dentro de tienda hasta sus últimas compras.

Friendly staff Nice room with beautiful view

Overall good, they just can think to have more food options.

we have stayed here on many occasions over the years and will continue to return. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. You also get the benefit of the other Pueblo Bonito properties in Cabo San Lucas, you have Blanco, which is connected to it, and there is a shuttle that runs to Sunset Beach property and the adjacent property up there whose name escapes me. You can use all of them. Highly recommend.

Very poor in terms of food selection and service. They say they are all inclusive but you have to pay for extras if you want coffee or tea in a cafe or eat lunch. AVOID AT ALL COSTA

Even though the resort is and older resort and our dates we had the best time. The beds were not very comfortable, hard and worn. We had some issues with ants. Other than that the shower had great pressure. Loved that they cleaned the rooms everyday. The staff was great and helpful. The location was amazing, close to town. Ultimately, we didn’t care that it was older, we definitely had the best time and would stay there again.

Es un hotel algo viejo pero cuidado y con mantenimiento. La alberca es amplia y la playa es muy bonita, se puede nadar y la vista es hermosa.

No todo el personal tiene la mejor actitud pero en general fue un buen trato. Pongan la TV en español.
