The staff and location of property.

The food was not easily accessible.

The pool is too cold. Most of the time we want to get in but do not. Too bad. Also the same goo and liter and French fries are on the steps for days on end. The service is excellent. All of the servers lately are over the top. The front desk aims to please. Ana is a gem.

Pueblo bonito has an excellent location, the hotel staff was great, food was really good, overall the experience at pueblo bonito felt very comfortable friendly staff they gave us warm welcome, all pueblo bonito resorts keep the same hospitality.

I did not like that when you check in they make you sign in for a time share talk.

Food was tasteless, service was lacking, rooms were dirty, had to pay for decent drinks, no snacks, just bad all the way around.

The property has great food and entertainment.

The street vendors at the beach can be disruptive.

Pool is nice, good access to the beach, friendly staff

Booked the jr. suite as it said the price was higher for an ocean view. When we arrived they sent us to the suite on the first floor with a grass view. Ended up they said there are no ocean view rooms. I even showed them our email confirming our request for an ocean view. We ended up moving over to the Blanco next door who had ocean front views. Also make sure (if you are all inclusive) there is no upcharge for drinks. They charged $23 extra for a shot of Gran Marnier and told us after it was served.
