Had a wonderful week at Rose!! Check in easy, beautiful grounds! Spent much time at the pool…. I want to give a special nod to Nadia Isela, Jonathan and Francisco for taking such good care of us!! Also a special nod to Rut at the Sunsets and Sushi restaurant!! She always made sure we were well taken care of!! See you all next trip!!

We had a perfect trip to the Rosé! Luis Espinosa took wonderful care of us every day checking in for reservations, and anything and everything we needed. He always goes above and beyond! We also traveled up to PB sunset beach and had the most kind, attentive, and fun server at the main pool-Humberto! We will be looking forward to seeing him next time! Everything and everyone was wonderful.

Location - it's right on Medano beach and close to the marina.

The resort is way too outdated. Everything in the room is so old especially the bathroom. Service was below average for the most part. Food variety and quality wasn't good, especially in the buffet restaurant. One of the days we had rain and all storm water/sewer stuff went into the ocean. There was no sign posted, management didn't bother to tell people about what happened and whether it was safe to swim. One of the nights we wanted to get a table but the staff tried to make us go watch their show. Finally one of the managers let us use the table but none of the waiters offered their help (pretty sure it was intentional).

Had three rooms booked for our family and of course after taking payment for all three only two rooms were available at which they tried to say it's still the same numbers of beds . This was not only incorrect but more than our group was having trouble . Nothing was done to help and they ruined our whole trip . We had to move three times to finally get all the rooms I paid for so days were lost and we were told to speak to general manager Gregoria Osoko who was never there . Will definitely let everyone I know that this is not the place to go in Cabo San Lucas

Feel it was overpriced for 6 nights, but met our needs and expectations

We were comped this room, but I can’t believe people pay $400-$600 per night to stay here, plus more for the all inclusive package! The rooms are old, and from what I can tell by the design of the hotel, all the rooms face the pool rather than the beach. Except for maybe a few rooms on the ends. If you like buffets where the quality is equal to or less than Sizzler, this is the place for you. I’ve had better food at college cafeterias.
