FYI internet only free with all inclusive. All inclusive not required for a great stay - rental car makes it easy to get food and go out to restaurants all over Baja.

The staff was absolutely accommodating and made us feel welcomed

The staff does there best to clean but Unfortunately, we were very disappointed overall considering how much we paid. The hotel is very dated and the rooms do not match the price. The paint in the room is peeling, the furniture is old and worn, and the bedding and pillows feel unhygienic. There are ants and cockroaches in the rooms. My aunt complained about the roaches, and absolutely nothing was done to address it the first time. Only after she complained a second time was a $100 credit offered, and she was never even offered a different room by the manager initially.

Comida, piscina, alojamiento, buen trato por parte del staff, instalaciones del hotel. Buena experiencia de vacaciones.

Muy caro, el staff de venta de tiempos compartidos o membrecías te aborda constantemente, el depósito de $ 4000 con cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito.

広くて豪華なホテルです。ロビーは椅子が少ないけれど、建物やプールが大きく、プールへの部屋からのアクセスが近く最高でした。隣のホテルと連携しており、それぞれのホテルのプールやレストランを行き来して楽しむことができます。食事がおいしかったです。寿司も食べられるレストランがありました。プライベートビーチは美しく、山が見えて眺めがきれいでした。大型クルーズ船が日替わりで何隻もいました。新年の初日の出が美しかったです。

食事のルームサービスでは食器がもらえないので、ハウスキーピングへ連絡しなければならなかったことです。食事を頼んだ時に一緒に食器を持ってきてくれたら嬉しかったです。また年末には特別なパーティーをしており、その食事をするには予約が必要だったようです。そのような情報が館内アプリには表示されておらず、館内の案内では見つけることができませんでした。(言語の問題で見逃したのかもしれません。)私たちはルームサービスで食事をすることになりました。

Traveled for New Years with wife & teenage kids. Location is fantastic! Exactly as you see in the pictures. Beach was busy but security staff kept everything safe on property. Rooms were a bit tired. Furnishings could benefit from a refresh and room overall felt a bit stale. Pools & gym was in nice shape. Food was better than my expectations for a mid-caliber all-inclusive. Fellini's was honestly really great for dinner and well worth the small upcharge. Service at restaurants, beach, and from bell desk was great. The convenience of room service was really nice as well. The main issue we experienced was with the front desk & housekeeping. Although the room was left very clean, it was never left with any towels (bath towel, hand towel, or wash cloth). This forced us to request these every day from the front desk. Responsiveness to that request varied. The first day, towels were brought up. The second day, I had to request 3-4x but still never got the towels. I got varying stories from the front desk as to why. This feels like such a basic item that the difficulty in getting them is still head scratching. There are mixed feelings on whether or not we'd return. It's unfortunate as this property is in a prime location and the food quality & dining service was really quite good... but a handful of underwhelming things that seem small all add up to create just an "average" experience.

Staff were nice.

Rooms were SO SO disgusting. All of my clothes smell like mildew and my hair smells like mildew. My purses my shoes… everything. I’ve spent so much money buying cleaners and damp-rid and borax. It’s SO disappointing. The food was horrifying as well. The rooms were dirty full of mold. Shower head caked with mold. Flies painted over on the walls. DO NOT GO HERE OMG!! Anyone who says it’s nice has never traveled anywhere in their life. I will NEVER go back.

The hotel needs urgently a renovation. The outside areas are not as bad (other than sunshades and beach chairs that are very often broken), but the inside (rooms, etc) are shocking. Not up to standard of even a 3* hotel, let alone a 5. Guests are in general nice but there are sooo many people with very little common sense. Yelling through the place, using speakers at the beach, etc.

Un desayuno pensado mas para el segmento de mercado para los ciudadanos de Estados Unidos. Sin embargo Vanesa y su Equipo son muy versátiles y se esmeran en ayudar a familias como la nuestra que somos Celiacos, nos ayudaron mucho y no tuvimos problemas con los alimentos por el cuido que ellos nos brindaron. Gracias a Vanesa, los chefs Paul, Carlos, Jonathan, al capitan Heriberto y los camareros que nos brindaron su ayuda e hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera de nuestro grado y que posiblemente podamos regresar, Gracias a todos

We had a wonderful stay! Our whole family felt very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better (in front of the Medano Beach and the Archs) Highly recommended

There is nothing else to do during the night (the bars and restaurants are closed by 9.30 pm)
