"Really getting run down. Not 5 star not 4 star either"

6.0

We arrived and got a first floor room near the pool. Junior suite instantly smelled mold talked to the front desk, they sent somebody and he sprayed air freshener in the vents. The mold smell continued after 3 rounds of complaining about it and then we finally switched rooms. You could not order from the menu unless you ate. Up at Fellini's or at cilantro, the rest of it was all buffet. There was no sushi menu, there was no entertainment. The food was mediocre except at Fellini's, which had exceptional food and exceptional service.

"All-Inclusive is a must!"

10.0

Excellent location. Rooms can use a little upgrade but over all a very comfortable stay. Employees offered exceptional customer service throughout my stay making my experience exceptional. I recommend booking the all-inclusive package, well worth the money. Food not bad at all. Loved how they offer a free shuttle service to their other 2 resorts and let you have a meal at any of their resort restaurants.

"Sylvia activities director"

Sylvia was so good to us all week. She answered all our questions and played Mexican train with us. Our pool waiters Judas, Adal, Angel and Jorge were all excellent. Great customer service.

"PB Rose 2026"

This is literally the best place to stay! Staff is on their toes from breakfast through until bedtime! The buffet is the best! Fully stocked with all kinds of yummy food! The wait staff during any meal is on top of any of your needs, from fluids to food, they keep the guests happy. And once poolside, if you are into activities-Sylvia keeps the Mexican train going with rules and tips on the game. But Max and Daniel are the two that keep the music and pool aerobics going everyday! And if you happen to need fluids or food out at the poolside?, search out your servers like (Judas, Angel, Jorge, Adel, and Hugo) these guys are the absolute BEST!! Of course the sunshine and overall experience will keep you coming back!

"Great location, different type of all inclusive. overall wonderful with a few things to be aware of 🌄"

8.0

Just got back for an “all inclusive” week at the Rose 🌹 Front desk: The front desk staff are very nice. Check in was smooth and the information provided was helpful such as resort map and restaurant listings 👍 We were then greeted by someone to “welcome” us to the resort. This was our first timeshare sales experience for the week…there were many . 👎 We were invited to a welcome breakfast the next day at Sunset Beach resort and listen to a presentation. They tried very hard to “sell” the presentation but once we firmly declined and paid for our sunset cruise (they were offering it for free) the lobby sales staff stopped trying to sell to us. Lobby: It’s small. There is no lobby bar so it isn’t a place to hang out like I’m used to at other all inclusives but not really a big deal, it was just different. Rooms: Clean with typical amenities. The beds were a little hard but were comfortable enough. Definitely outdated but I’m not there for the aesthetics. They do NOT have king sized beds but they will push them together to make the biggest bed I’d ever seen. We made due with them separated as we didn’t want to sleep in a crack. Food and beverages: This is where it gets tricky. One of the things I like about all-inclusives is you don’t have to worry about additional costs to eat other than gratuities or “special” menu or drink items. This was a bit of a different experience. You have to scan your bracelet every time you eat and drink so asking for a bill was different. The bill was always zero as we didn’t choose anything that wasn’t included. They have 24 hour room service which is included and had some of the best pizza we have ever had (wood fired) 👍 There is a pool side menu which is included 👍 There are no drinks stocked in your room fridge but you can get room service to bring you some 👎 There is also a store by the lobby that has an all inclusive menu you can choose off of but make sure you clarify exactly what you can get. Restaurants: Cilantros is amazing. It’s included but you need a reservation. The Sushi “restaurant” is delicious and is included 👍 There are a few restaurants that need a reservation but have an entrance fee. As an example the steakhouse restaurant was going to be 800 peso each to enter which would have cost us $130 Canadian to eat at. No thank you. 👎 Just be careful and read the signage and ask questions. Access: you have access to the Sunset Beach resort. It’s a 30 minute shuttle ride and was worth going over as they have even more options for dining etc. We were asked again about timeshare here👎 The beach: the view is amazing! Go on a sunset cruise to truly appreciate it. 💕 the beach vendors are relentless so that is a huge negative as they are right where the beach chairs are. Kind of hard to relax when they are constantly selling in your face. Little kids even walk around the chairs to sell :( 👎 Miscellaneous: They have fireworks every night. There is no theater so the entertainment is lacking. There is a Starbucks at the resort next door (not included). There is a Walmart and mall within a 15 minute walking distance. The area off resort feels incredibly safe. Overall this was a great resort but there are just some things to be aware of.

"Sicher nicht empfehlenswert!"

4.0

Gute Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Hart arbeitendes Personal.
