The food seems to get worse every year. The pool food is great but 43.00 for a cheeseburger and a margarita???

Great beach! We got upgraded to a suite and it was awesome! Very clean, great staff!

Room service was very slow.

I can’t imagine there exists a more capable and dependable wedding planner than Sandra Rivera. We didn’t give her much to work with – just a tight budget and a guest count – and Sandra filled in the rest. So when we arrived at the rehearsal dinner to see a long, elegant table set up along a terrace overlooking the beach, it took my breath away. And that feeling followed us throughout the wedding weekend. This is what Sandra does – she executes every wedding like you’re her best friend, making magic out of each event. She is a true professional, like everyone we worked with at Pueblo Bonito Rose, and managed vendors and changing requests effortlessly. She’s a boss and navigates unruly family members and moments of confusion with grace and seriousness. Every detail was executed with finesse and every moment timed with perfection. All the credit for the beauty of our wedding goes to Sandra who made it so special. We are endlessly grateful and would strongly recommend her and Pueblo Bonito Rose to anyone planning a wedding – big or small! Our family and friends also enjoyed their stay - a few even extended their stay because they were having such a good time. The women who work at the spa also did an exceptional job on everyone's hair and make up. We couldn't have asked for better service!

I recently stayed at Pueblo Bonito Rose and had a very mixed experience. First and foremost, the staff are truly exceptional. Every interaction was met with a smile, and they consistently went above and beyond to provide helpful information and attentive service. It’s clear they work very hard, and tipping is important as it’s a meaningful part of their income. However, the pricing at the resort is extremely high for what you receive—particularly when it comes to food and beverages. Because of this, the meal plan may be the most practical option, though even that comes with some disappointment. The quality of the buffets varied significantly. The Easter breakfast buffet (priced at $70 per person) was very good and set a high expectation. Unfortunately, the Easter dinner “fajita” buffet was the complete opposite. The meats—chicken, beef, and pork—were all very tough and difficult to eat. It also appeared that some of the salads and desserts were leftovers from the morning buffet, and several of the sides were unappealing in both presentation and taste. Drinks are also overpriced. While the margaritas were decent, paying $17.50 for one served in a plastic cup felt excessive. Overall, the incredible staff is the highlight of this resort, but the food quality and pricing structure do not match the level you’d expect. With some improvements in consistency and value, this could be a much stronger experience.

My wife and I stayed at the Rose' for a week and purchased their Platinum all inclusive plan. I can say I was very disappointed in the services that the plan promised and what we actually received. The pre-arrival concierge was only an e-mail no personal contact and if you didn't know to ask for something you didn't get it. We did make two dinner reservations for the first two nights which they made , but there was a threating note back that if we missed the reservations we would be subject to a penalty amount. There is no preferred check in line or check out line. We waited in line like everyone else. We got no special reservations at any restaurant we had to make them are selves. Same with the shuttle we had no help or any attention with the shuttle we were just told to use the app. If you received any resort credits ( From your owners meeting ) you were not allowed to use any of them in conjunction with any other discount. For example you receive a 30 minute massage ,but you couldn't get an additional time without paying full price of $240.00 each for 60 minutes. Needless to say we only did the 30 minutes. The credits were not good in any store because under the platinum plan you received discounts which meant your percentage off was no good. It just seemed like the extra money was a waste. On the plus side which kept the review from being a 1 star was the people at the resort that made our trip very enjoyable. Overall I would never spend the money on there " Platinum " Plan as they did not treat us any different then someone on a regular all inclusive.

It was nice but the staff was not as attentive and helpful as the staff I dealt with in the Dominican Republic
