Location and cleanliness. Was an older crown which I enjoyed. The sushi was amazing. Felini’s was amazing and the food at pool was good. Shrimp quesadilla was my favorite and had one everyday.

The buffet food was not desirable. Couldn’t eat it.

Beautiful resort. Disappointed in lack of English-speaking personnel. Also, only 3 shuttles to airport from hotel, and if you need earlier transportation you must take a taxi which was very expensive for 1 person or families more than 4. Lots of daily activities

Beware - does not have real air conditioning! They just use a fan to circulate cold water. It is not real air conditioning. This is ridiculous considering the high price.
