Island Grand at TradeWinds

El hotel muy lindo, los restaurantes muy buenos pero el mejor el restaurante italiano en especial el mesero Matt, profesional y un trato excepcional, las chicas de la recepción Valentina y no recuerdo el nombre de la otra pero igual atentas y maravillosas, el hotel muy completo y con muchas actividades para hacer, me gustó mucho

Lo que no me gustó tanto es que al menos la habitación que me tocó no estaba tan limpia, el baño muy pequeño, la taza como si estuviera desprendida cuando uno se sentaba, la bañera se llenaba de agua y demoraba en irse como tupido, y el clóset tenía las puertas desprendidas, no pude casi colgar la ropa, las sabanas no las vi pulcras y limpias, incluso para taparnos en una cama había especie de un edredón con 2 sábanas y en la otra como una colcha fea y sucia con 2 sabanas que no me gustaron para nada, nos sucedió algo insólito, nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación a las 3:20 am estábamos dormidos y alguien abrió nuestra puerta, cuando reclamamos al día siguientes el manager nos explicó que fueron unos jóvenes que estaban borrachos y alguien abrió nuestra puerta, al parecer le dijeron al de seguridad que era su habitación y sin comprobar nada el les abrió la puerta, las demás noches me costó dormir, nos dieron $50.00 de un crédito para comida o bebida por el incidente pero no se trataba de eso, lo realmente feo y muy raro fue lo que nos pasó que nos dejó muy preocupados, a pesar de estar pasando bien ya yo quería irme a mi casa.

Nas and Diaya did an excellent job serving our group when we came in for dinner. The food was excellent (ceviche, chicken tinga tacos, fish tacos and the chips/salsa), their service was prompt and they made sure everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks throughout. Highly recommend.

Trent was very attentive and helpful with the menu. Patient with my kid and a great server. Five stars .

We loved our experience at TradeWinds. We ate at Pete’s Gulf Bistro with our 2 little boys one morning. It was yummy. Definitely would eat there again. However, what really made our experience great was our wonderful server-SAM! She interacted with our littles, gave superb service, and was genuinely kind! She was AMAZING!! Thank you for making our morning great!

Location was great. There were certain areas of the property that were clean and kept up.

Much about the property needed fixes or updates. The mini golf area was completely ragged and in need of a rehab. Light bulbs in the bathrooms needed changing and overall cleanliness of much if grounds needed work.

Food and service at Playa Taco (Tradewinds Resort) were great! Our server, Sonia, was also very good!

Jordyn was phenomenal and truly the best customer service ever. I will definitely come back with my family.

Beautiful resort with many family fun activities from mini golf, to the water slide, multiple pools, easy beach access, great restaurants. And offers a complimentary photoshoot with Matt. He was great and so responsive and easy to work with. Recommend!

I loved that the hotel was right on the beach and had chairs and umbrellas to use. They pick a spot for u on the beach and get u umbrellas. If u want one.
