Was sad to find out no lazy river available or slide with pool. Booked for those things. Should of said it was under Maintenance beforehand.

Good location
The convenience of this property makes it so worth while. We could walk to the ocean center for volleyball competition! The lobby is very nice and the amenities are being refurbished that looks like it will be very nice by summer. The unit could use a little updating but beds were good, shower was nice and kitchen was very nice!

I was very disappointed. The lazy river & south pool was shut down. They notified us of this the day after I could no longer cancel and get a refund. The lazy river is one of the reasons we go here. We have been going here for 14 years, sometimes twice a year. We have never gone to one of there sales pitches to buy a condo. I told them we weren't interested the day we checked in. They called us twice after that to try to get us to go. No means No! There was the largest pile of pigeon droppings on our deck. I would say it hadn't been cleaned in months. We had mildly warm water until Thanksgiving then cold water until they came to fix it. I told the front desk all of this and never heard from a manager.
There was no where to sit on the beach. The water came all the way up to the seawall. No sandcastles were possible. It would have been nice to know that the lazy river was out of order and under repair. The water temperature was only lukewarm at best. Management changed us to another room and it had the same issue. The beds were very nice. Both units were showing wear and tear. We did not use the kitchen so cant comment on it.
The bar closed early which was odd for such a big weekend so we went to the Hilton and enjoyed their bar. Also… we had to go to the front desk 3 times in a row because our key wouldn’t work.
Overall our stay was pleasant. Our condo was very nice. Indoor pools were not heated enough. Was expecting a bit hotter pools in general. The waterslide, lazy river and 2nd oudoor pool is under construction, we werent made aware of this at time of booking online, which was one of our main reasons we wanted to stay there. So that was a huge disappointment. My 2 sons under 18 are gym fanatics and we were excited to see that they had a fully equipped gym. On our walk through the hotel to look at everything available and find our way. We found out quickly that no under 18s are allowed to use it. We walked into the gym, to look at everything, didnt touch a single thing and was rudely greeted by a security guard that walked in, he asked my boys 'are you over 18?', they said 'no, sir' and he said 'well your not allowed in here, Get out!' He could have handled it a bit more professional imo. Talked to us like we were dirt, not a hello, no people skills. Besides all of this, the condo was really nice. I felt a little harassed with phone calls of agents trying to sign me up for time share etc. We would have actually considered it if everything was available to use.
