Needs a an update
On several different occasions, there was no hot water. We came for bike week and we brought our motorcycle with us only to find out. They only provide one parking pass, and this should have been information provided to us prior to booking as it was not mentioned during the booking process or on their webpage at all. One of the plugs in our room did not work whatsoever so I had to change between the lamp and my cell phone charger. One nice thing about the facility was the fact that we could unload the bike from the back of our truck on site.

Great place. We rented the 2 bedroom and was supper happy with it.
Great accommodations and walkable for everything we needed. I didn't like getting talked into a 2 hour sales pitch and the promised free weekend we couldn't use because we couldn't book the time we wanted. But I will say the people were very courteous and nice. We did get a $75 American Express card that was easy to use.
This is a time share property. We stayed 5 nights at this resort, just didn’t know there were some things we were limited to use. I booked through Expedia, check in was quick, property is in good condition walkable to the beach. I didn’t like the fact that our room didn’t get clean and we stayed five days. I called the front desk to request a cleaning, they said I had to pay $96.00 to get our room clean. South tower apparently is a time share owned and Wyndham says they only mange the property. I wish Expedía will tell you you’re not getting room service before you book it. Overall property is good and safe.
We really enjoyed this property and its amenities. We would stay here again. The only thing that bothered us was having to stand in line to hear a “time share” speech to get your resort armbands that you had to have on at the property. I feel they could have just given them out at check in and if we wanted to go hear about the condos on property we could then go down the hall to talk to someone.

LOBBY WAS GOOS
The property was great in general, and perfect for kids. But i was not aware the rooms were owned by individual peaple, not the hotel. And the hotel does not clean the rooms, that is the owners of the rooms responsibly. And our room not clean. 5 minutes of walking in the room with socks on our socks would be BLACK
