Would have liked some chairs on the beach .
Absolutely disgusting unit. Dirty carpet. Stains all over couch. Everything completely filthy. Pull out couch did not work and we had to make other arrangements for one of the people in our party. Front desk people said they did not care because they are not responsible for the condition of the units. Be very warned about that - you can arrive and it can be completely unacceptable, unsafe, and dirty - and there will be absolutely no recourse because the staff onsite is “not responsible”. Not only that, they were extremely rude about it.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Disappointed with bar hours as well as indoor pool was very cold. Room was great. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly
Property would have been a very good fit for our family. Having a kitchen in suite, walking distance to convention center, decently clean. Down fall was they had NO hot water! Maintenance said it’s an on going problem and to just run the water as long as it takes to get warm. Warm didn’t happen. No apology or compensation. Should not book people if they know they can not provide hot water to shower!

Our entire vacation exceeded our expectations from the check-in process all the way to needing coffee filters.
Resort is very good and nicely located right off the ocean. My kids enjoyed indoor, out door pool, hot tub, ping pong, snooker facilities. Also there was Bingo event that my kids and wife enjoyed. Parking garage was nicely connected to the resort tower and has convenience of elevators for each floor. My kids were disappointed that lazy river was closed for repairs. We booked this property specifically for this facility.Only thing I felt that there should had been instructions in the room to remove trash. Also balcony furniture center table was a bit wobbly. Rachel was very helpful with checkin process. The unit assigned to me initially has bad odor and she helped me switch to a different unit. Only thing that was I not prepared for the Wyndham timeshare program that took away three hours of my time which I expected for. I know it is a way to market business but was a surprise for me. Otherwise it was a good experience overall staying at this resort.
