Definitely not a fan of the check in or sales pitch. We already were back in Daytona and stayed at the Hilton.
The property was nice. Bathroom was a little dingy and outdated in the room. Pools were good, Beach access was great. The only thing that really was terrible at the beginning was a very pushy sales pitch that you had to sit through to get your access wristbands. After an hour of saying no we literally just ended up paying a $40 deposit to schedule another pushy sales pitch for the next day and then had to spend the whole trip avoiding the concierge staff.

I checked in around 5:30.. I booked a ocean front room.. I was told that I was bumped and my room was no longer available till the next day. I was placed in a smaller room, with old carpet and broken shower. As a father/leader of the family… imagine wife and kids screaming at you wanting too leave, but you can’t because it took us over 2 hours to get too a room where it’s too late too check in anywhere else
Place is a bit older, rooms need a little upgrade but overall not bad .
Room wasn’t ready until two hours and 15 minutes after check-in time only to be met with the wrong number of beds in our hotel room. Some of our guests had to sleep on the floor. The property was unable to accommodate the room requested and was also unable to accommodate two extra comforters and two extra pillows for the people sleeping on the floor until the second night. They issued us on site credits to use to try to make up, but we had an extremely difficult time using those. We made the best of it, but we’re very disappointed
The check in process was lengthy and they do a sales pitch. Room was hot and smelly. Beds were hard.
Best stay kid friendly
Had no ac the entire first night it was dreadful got over 80 in the condo it didn’t get fixed til Saturday
Kids have a blast.
