I've stayed at Ocean Walk Resort several times in the past and was always a great experience because we stayed in the SOUTH TOWER, however, this past weekend, we were assigned to the NORTH TOWER which was not a great experience. The STOVE was not working, the TV continue to STOP WORKING, we found SEVERAL ROACHES in the unit, the SHOWER CURTAIN was DIRTY. I reported these issues, however, only the TV was fixed and soon after the maintenance guy left, the TV continue to give problems. We decided to leave earlier than expected. We do like it there, however, we would not want to stay in the NORTH TOWER.

Make sure, really make sure the construction is complete! Whole property outside was tore up. Make sure there is COMPLETE full usage of amenities without obstruction. They lied over the phone to us and we ended up changing hotels after the first night. It was a waste of a day. Property had tape all over, fountains down, elevator down, all walkways basically were ingest construction with very slow progress from what we heard. Pools were open but taped off seating. No tables, no grills? No golf, no shuffleboards. Only thing outside was the tiki bar but there was orange tape along the walk way and all the way down to the beach. Not a “beautiful” place to relax at the time. This was second year going back thinking it was all complete. Could be a great place like it once was.
The room and facilties were just fine. It was the service which subtracted two stars for this review. We had to listen to a vacation sales pitch in order to receive our security wrist bands. No thank you!

Love to stay here, stayed here many of times over the years. Hate the preassure they put on to try you to buy a time share
The timeshare rooms are great, they just need some upgrades.
