Condo was not clean. Candy stuck on dresser and carpet. Needed a good vacuum and mopping. Also, needs simple updates. Elevators are a nightmare!! Try to find a cart to bring up your own luggage. Would not stay here again unless we approved condo first.
I was unable to go on my vacation due to health issues and they would not refund my money. I then attempted to re schedule and they would have still kept my money that I had paid in full for my room as a cancelation/rescheduling fee.

When we arrived at the described check in time we were told that the room type we booked (ocean view for Easter) was not available and they did not know how long until one would be. As we were traveling with a disabled Family member, we chose not to wait but to take a "lesser" category room. We were promised a CREDIT back to our credit card for the material rate difference. We have chased the hotel 3 times now, each time "oh yes we'll take care of it" and NOTHING has been done. What a rip off!!! We can't dispute the charge on our credit card as we paid in full for the ocean view room over 3 months ago now. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Had a great time and we had a large large group.
Mila was the absolute best
Decent hotel, but the beach sucks because its so small to the shore. Most of the sand is hard; very little soft sand. We got hit up for the timeshare 7 times over the course of 2 nights. No ice machines. Brian at check-in was snarky and rude. I would not stay here again.
