We love the nice rooms with living area and kitchen area. The only problem was that due to construction the heater in the pool was not working.

Booked room thru Expexia for 2 nights. Paid in full at time of booking plus reservation insurance. Following day upon checkout found out that hotel had taken out fees for 2 night stay as well. Was overdrawn at bank and turned out to be a big mess. Also, no room service. Was told by front desk that we had to.change towels and sheets and remove our garbage. What?

Staff was very nice and the location is awesome! The only issues are the rooms are not clean unless you want to pay $25 per cleaning. The floors are tile and the property is on the beach which means the floors are dirty so if you are going to walk around the room wear socks or you will be a “dirty foot”. The room keys kept locking us out of our room and we had to get new room keys 4-5 times in a two night stay. Bring a snickers if you are taking the elevator because you aren’t going anywhere for a while. But the location is nice.
