They were very accommodating when I asked if we could have a later check out time. The hotel room was even better than the photos. Everyone on staff was very friendly which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was AMAZING. We stayed in the Caribbean on the 7th floor. Best view in the place. It was clean, comfy and convenient. If I had to say anything I didn’t like, it would have to be how slow the elevator was. Lol but they are remodeling so it’s expected lol. They have an on-site office center which also allowed you to use their print to print out our race tickets.. friendly staff. We loved everything about it ... we did not want to leave :) Overall my husband and I were EXTREMELY pleased with the place and will be back in August 2020 for another stay :)

It was a very nice and clean room. The views were great and everything was neat and tidy. There were a lot of amenities that I didn't expect also like plates, bowls, cups, etc. Bed and couch were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our room, staff, etc. only hiccup was we needed to leave early on our departure date and at 4:30 in the morning there was no hot water. None. Hotel staff said oh yeah, u have to turn every faucet in your room on for about 30 minutes before it gets hot???
