I was surprised at the comfort of the room and all its facilities!

The cleanliness of the property and room. The amenities were above and beyond. Staff were very friendly.

Open access to the pool. No gate key needed, anyone can walk up in. Young adults smoking weed and playing loud music forced families to leave the pool. I'm not against weed but I think the security guard should've protected the families better. And yes, I said what I said..... why have a security guard if he's not going to do his job? So families (multiple) left the pool due to the weed. And the young adults could've had more respect to smoke outside the pool area but they didn't.

We were assigned to the 1500 buildings. These are backed up against Simpson Rd, It was nothing short of a nightmare trying to sleep. Heavy truck traffic/ motorcycles all night long. Drift cars with their loud pipes. So if you decide to stay there, ask for one of the buildings in the middle or back row next to the lake. They put vinyl flooring in the units, it's not secure to the floor and raises and lowers as you walk on it. My wife tripped on one, falling. I don't know how many units are like this but would not want to stay in one again.

Clean and well kept.

Overall, the space we had in the townhouse was great for 7 people, however, there were cleaning issues, such as what appeared to be a mouse dropping on the bedroom window seal. dirty floors and the furniture was "repaired" such as the kitchen table being nailed together etc. The pool was nice as was the staff.

This was one of the worst time share exchanges we have ever had within the RCI system. You can tell that they have not put a lot of money or time into this complex. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit. None of the bathrooms had bathtubs. The master bathroom was smaller than the the 1/2 bath. We didn't even get comforters for the beds - just old blankets. No hooks in bathroom for towels. Kitchen cabinets were pealing away. Our unit needed a remodel. Will never be coming back.
