Todo, siendo cliente de Vacation Village en Orlando y Grandview en las Vegas. Bonaventure es de baja calidad. Pagar por usar la lavandería, la lenta respuesta ante solicitudes. Un aire acondicionado que solo da frío. Una heladera en dónde no se puede detener la fabricación de hielo y hay que soportar el ruido todo el tiempo. Que solo funciona un elevador y hay que esperar mucho tiempo para usarlo. El frío excesivo en los pasillos. La falta de room service (solo una vez cada siete días). Las instalaciones viejas y mal mantenidas. Definitivamente no volveré.

They had activities scheduled daily. And the main pool area was nice. Until someone decided to have their own personal photo shoot and demanded my kids move out of the way. So that that could get good shots.

Our room was hot. Even after maintenance came to “fix” the air conditioner. On our second day there we were locked out of our room for three hours. I was repeatedly told that maintenance was on the way. And they never showed up. After finally going back to the front desk, I spoke to a supervisor who had no idea what was going on. And he was able to get a maintenance guy to go over to the building. We were staying in to get us back inside our room. And that supervisor also admitted that he saw where the maintenance guy was supposed to show up originally hours ago, but decided not to. Because of this my daughters missed their performance. And we are out of $1800 and all I got was I’m sorry. And maybe upper management will approve a full refund. We also had a venomous spider in our room. My husband had to kill it before it could bite one of us. The way that situation was handled was completely unacceptable.
