Petra Marriott Hotel

Eigentlich nichts!! Blick aus dem Zimmer auf die Müllhalde vom Hotel. Pool nicht geöffnet, sollte man in der Anzeige erwähnen. Das Personal nicht so freundlich wie gewohnt und die Restaurants einfach nur kaotisch.

Hätten wir nicht soviel Geld bezahlt wären wir sofort wieder gefahren.

I booked a specfic rate on Marriott.com that stated "DISCOVER JORDAN & EARN 5,000 BONUS POI, buffet breakfast daily, 5000 Bonus Points per stay, 15% Discount for Titanium members see Rate details" I did not receive the points or any discount. The hotel does not respond to any post stay emails. Car parking is non existent, they just park your car on the road outside. At least one of the restaurants was closed due to construction. Room was average but construction noise was intrusive for many hours of the day. There's no lounge and pretty much no recognition for Titanium members. The only saving grace was the quality of the food and the service of the staff in the Hala restaurant. Both were excellent.

Hotel en dehors de la ville que j ai choisi pour l argument de la vue qui etait mis en avant. Or, hotel vieillissant en travaux d agrandissement avec des bâches aux fenêtres. Service moyen et propreté moyenne. Petit dejeuner très basique.

Сложно что-либо оценить , потому что идет ремонт, бассейн не работает , терраса не работает , рядом строится новый корпус, и это спасет ситуацию , потому что отель очень уставший

The view, the bed and the hamam. The Jordanian restaurant was amazing

We were not aware that there was work been done to the property, I booked the hotel because of the view from the terrace but the terrace was shut off as was the swimming pool. Whilst I appreciate it might have been too cold to swim, it would have been nice to sit out to view the sunset. If you are self driving- it’s good to note that the incline up to the hotel is very steep. Car parking staff also amazing.
