Location. Easy access to restaurant and shopping

No room telephone. No ice machines other than at the front desk. Floors had cracked tile with ground in dirt in the joints. Housekeeping did not clean the room during my stay..

Location and the pool

The elevator was out of service and the receptionist at check in told us it did just happened and will be solved asap. We found out it has been out of service for a a bit now. Also the receptionist was not very polite, or welcoming. On our first day the pool was closed for some cleaning due to an incident :/ The restaurants were good for the vibe and the food.

The one bedroom suite was nice. The pool was nice I did get an early check in.

The beach had a lot of seaweed. A section of the water was roped off. I’m not sure if it was to keep the seaweed in or out. The resort needs to find a way to remove it. The public beach did not have any seaweed The restaurant by the pool has paper menus. The resort should at least laminate them. I booked a sunset cruise with Brightwild that leaves from the back of the resort. The concierge called to tell me it was cancelled. Very disappointing. The concierge did offer an alternate.

It's in a quiet part of town and the pool and jacuzzi were the right temperature.

The jacuzzi seemed a little dirty and not sure if it gets cleaned every night. My room did not get cleaned.

I love the little beach area with San and lounge chairs over looking the water! The pool is also a nice size and having that little cafe available is very nice too!

One of the elevators was broken and it is quite a long walk from some of the rooms to the next available, so i did take the stairs which was ok. The long walks makes sense bc it’s only 3 floors. If there was more floors it could be smaller buildings as far as taking up land space. The bedding was nice and comfortable but the pillows are so big and bulky it was hard for me to find a way to sleep comfortable but i guess that’s a personal preference
