"Amazing location, not good clean service."

Location is the best thing about this hotel. The staff was very kind.

We found a rat in our room. While the staff moved us to a different room, I expected some form of courtesy or compensation for the ordeal, but nothing was offered. Additionally, even when we displayed the 'clean the room' sign, we had to go to reception to manually request service.

It's proximity to the Melbourne Zoo.

Beds were uncomfortable, no crockery, 1 wooden fork and 1 wooden knife as cutlery. Bathroom not cleaned.
