"Comfortable, convenient, clean, suited us perfectly"

Lovely room, was clean, nice seating area outside of room. Beds were very comfy and a king size bed. We parked the car in secure parking area. Used the tram which was right over the road. Very helpful staff member knew the exact trams we were to take and us country bumpkins did it very easy and we are as country as you can get. If we can nail it, anyone can. Carlton footy ground was over the road, bonus for us supporters. We walked to the zoo which was 450m away. Will definitely stay again.

Noisy neighbours but that’s not motels fault. Just inconsiderate people

Location is amazing. Rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

One of the staff was extremely rude. She was a young asian girl who was talking to staff like she was providing free accomodation. Very unprofessional and extremely incompetent. Refused to give milk pouch and pretended like they were out of stock. Louse service.

Location and parking

Only 4 tea/coffee no biscuits. 2 cups and glasses for 4 guests. Shampoo didn't work and shower didn't swap from bath to shower. 3 towels only. Donation was light needs to be swapped to heavier or the heaters will run all night. Just suggestions

Great location for our evening event in Brunswick. Great room with plenty of space and large bed.

Ground floor was a little noisy at times as we were right near reception.
