The room with balcony was impressive post renovation.

The change in the payment for car parking is terrible via the QR code, so much quicker & easier to simply pay $20 at reception as had been the case previously, plus no risk of being scammed by 3rd party advertising before you get to the outsourced parking company screen. For those not familiar with QR Codes or mobile phones, you are in real trouble. Won't be staying here again with a vehicle until parking payment improvements are made.

No microwave, no cutlery in room, bathroom tap to fill electric kettle no very suitable, noise from water on to awning from broken down pipe 2 out of 4 nights unacceptable

Location and availability of parking. Easy access to trams and I didn’t need to drive further into the city. Fairly easy to access by car for someone not used to driving in Melbourne.

The bed & location

This property is not serious as a place of accommodation. The entire enterprise is a con. The staff are not trained or empowered, wifi is worthless unless in the lobby, & entire property is very rundown. Web site presents a pleasant image but reality is not. The breakfast bar does not function, laundry etc does not have coins or soap powder. Staff seem disinterested or unempowered. Room facility is extremely minimal, almost pointless. Eg 3 beds but only one bed light & on 2 cup for 3 people. Apparently there are no other cups in the entire building!! Overall, the room felt dirty & grubby. A very unclean experience. The most exciting part was checkout time.
