Spacious rooms decent breakfast.

When I booked traveling with a basketball team of boys it did not say the pool was under construction

The room was clean

The pool was out of order

Location was perfect for visiting Disney parks, rooms were clean, well maintained. All the appliances worked.

The pool was closed for renovation. Also, there is a weird smell in the parking lot from the trees. It was a little challenging to get cleaning service . They are understaffed.

Not many thing breakfasts was probably the only one

We stayed there for tonight and the carpet was full of hair pet hair and also they never pick up our trash room service was horrible. One of my least favorite places I ever stayed at.

The room set up, the staff, the access to the freeway. The laundry facilities with attached gym. The pancake machine was a hit with my teens.

Fruit at breakfast would have made it better and old fashioned oats instead of instant.

The breakfast was good. The timing was also good and I like the location. Your staff are exceptional, especially the receptionist. All the way from Nigeria, they made myself and my wife very comfortable and they were all supportive.

Property should have a dedicated taxi for assisting guests other than the use of Uber or lyft. I had some initial difficulties in getting started because I do not have a US line.

It was relatively clean and spacious.

Breakfast was terrible, staff seemed rushed and only gave us a sheet and a light blanket for the food out bed. When we asked for a full setting they gave us the same thing again. No pillows, so we had to share pillows from the main bed. I call r ahead of time to make sure the pool would be available since that is important to our family. They said it would absolutely be done by the time of our stay. When we got there we were informed that the pool was down and we could commute to another hotel to use their pool. This wasn’t a huge problem and I figured it would be a 5 minute walk or so since there were hotels all around. It was an 8 minute drive to the hotel that was providing the pool. If I had known this prior to checking in I would have cancelled and booked somewhere else.
