"Excellent stay all around "

Every interaction with staff members was excellent. Every employee was very helpful. We had adjoining rooms with one being a suite, and it was perfect. The restaurant was convenient with excellent outdoor dining. During our stay, the hotel was busy with a wedding and other parties, but besides seeing the people in the lobby, we would have never known there were such big events going on. The elevator was fast and we never had to wait long. The floors and rooms were quiet and clean.

"Stay at this hotel in Reno"

Wonderful property, clean, safe, great gym, very friendly check in, Jaedon our valet was very attentive, breakfast no seed oils and Lisa our waitress was a joy. The restaurant for hotel is on the river which makes for very nice ambience. The beds linen is spectacular.

"Don’t miss this hotel!!"

This was our first visit to Renaissance and just an overall experience that was awesome! Starting with the valets…Abby,Bodie,Jaeden, Canon and Raf. Each and every entrance or exit, each and everyone one of them was very kind and so helpful. The first day, Abby showed us to the entrance of the hotel. We were impressed from the get go. The decor was beautiful as was our room. What a view we had from our room! And that view was completely topped off by the mural of a gorgeous fish above our beds! It brought back great memories of my childhood and fishing with my Dad and brothers. Thank you for a lovely weekend at your hotel! We’ll be anxiously looking forward to our next visit!

Small, rude personal, disrespectfull Front Office Manager, no service no adaptor plug for work, no wather innthe room, no wather în the fridge, very cold inside room
