Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly. The room was large and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable. We will stay here again.

Claudia, manager, took excellent care of us! 12 of my family were here for Mom's 80th!! We had spa days, champagne service, ate at every restaurant, and gambled. Our rooms were wonderful! Such a great week here!! We even got a late check out thanks to Claudia.

Quiet location, friendly staff. In walking distance to the National Auto Museum. The Shores restaurant at the Renaissance was amazing. The Bocce/sports bar was a lot of fun.

The room was smaller than anticipated. The bathroom had no fan and was not very private and, the sink was cracked. It was not easy to connect to the WiFi. Watch out for extra hotel/resort fees.

James was great. He was very polite, professional and efficient. Vehicle pick up was very convenient. We just had to confirm that we were ready to go through a text message. We did not have to wait long for our vehicles. His customer service was top tier. Thank you James.

James did our Valet and was quick and attentive. Great service!!! The hotel itself was amazing and we will be returning for sure!!! We had a king suite on the 9th floor which was beautiful. Breakfast at the Shore restaurant came with the room and was delicious everytime. Loved the service at the front desk check in and valet. Amazing staff 👏

The room was too small for the price. They didn’t even have a bottle of water in the room for us.

This hotel is 5- star hotel. From the check in, to the dining- this place is great! Chelsea at the concierge desk, gave us the best recommendation, checked in on us during our stay and made us feel so welcomed. Great sense of humor too!!!! Thank you for making our short trip a memorable one!

Our day was a comedy of errors and travel mishaps. Each time we called, the staff was more than accommodating as we had to push back spa services. We rolled into the hotel in a tow truck, and Abby T and James were expecting us. They immediately took care of us. We are very grateful for the consistent and kind services James and Abby T provided us. We’ll be back!

I liked how big the room was

I could never get a hold of staff when my problems would arise. My jacuzzi tub I never worked, my tv wasn’t working. Everytime I called the front desk it was never answered. When I spoke to front desk personally I was told I would get a refund and never did. Not worth how much I paid.
