Camps Bay Village

Nice secure apartments although no clean towels for 4 days and they charge per the hour to leave your baggage in reception on check out day which iv never heard anywhere else in the world.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed on across 5 continents. Despite the gate security one did not feel safe. The bathroom was from the 1950s, the area between the street and the apartment felt like a war zone. When my safari dates changed 8 months out they wouldn't refund me. Quite frankly, I am shocked expedia would have this on their site.

Hotel location is very nice near Camps Bay beach and main road. Staff and Service are fine. Was not happy with Parking arrangements by hotel. Its a road side parking but safe.

We had a great stay, so close to everything and easy to walk around, the pool area is nice and chilled, however more umbrella are needed as there is little shade. Our apartment was a good size and amemties like a coffee machine you can buy pods for is a nice touch, only downside was air-con only in 1 of the bedrooms. The staff are lovely and help with car hire and tours etc, rooms cleaned and new towels replaced regularly. Only issue was the amount of stairs and a long walk especially with suitcases if you are staying in the bottom part of the hotel. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

Easy walk to Nice beach, restaurants, shopping, and tour bus to capetown. Very accomodating friendly staff

Reception was were so helpful. I had a late flight so asked if in could use the room later than the extended checkout time and they were extremely accommodating. I would stay here again any time I'm back in camps bay. Also having use of The Bay Hotel was amazing. The pool area there's is stunning perfect spot for the sunset. I stayed in the classic room which was a good price for a very large room!

Very good value for money, great location and you get access to the sister 5* hotel along the seafront. rooms are a little dated, window blinds, bathroom fittings etc. but everything worked, service from the desk was always helpful. For our group of 16 on a Cricket Tour, this was a perfect product for the price.

The apartments were old fashioned ,Windows rattled in the wind.

Excellent position. Really nice people. Room comfortable and private pool, and sun deck. Couple of problems: parking dire, ended up parking on the street. No food on site, although their sister hotel is nearby. Lots of cafes and eating places nearby, though. Wifi not free, but not bad or expensive. Would certainly go back.
