I loved the location, very close to a gorgeous hiking trail.

The hardwood floors which I understand why they’re practical in a hotel, but they were sort of slippery, and my feet were really cold.

I loved the European vibe to the hotel and the front desk agent (John) was wonderful

Housekeepers did very minimal job. Because my other bed had a blanket on top they just threw to bedspread o on top of it in a sloppy manner and no vacuuming of the room. That is the only reason I did not put a 10. Tips were placed and room was not up to par. Disappointed with that part.

The front desk was the first impression JIM was amazing thanks for making the hotel very much a place to invite others his customer service was 1000% he needs to be promoted or on a commercial for the company great guy.
