Staff and size of room for double queen was great. Thank you for having noncarpeted floors.

Gym needs a slight upgrade. Sofa in the room is plastic. Need to freshen that up. Actually replace it. It was simply gross’. Didn’t would not sit on it.

Location is great Rooms are a little out dated but clean and spacious. Food from restaurant was great. Front desk services terrible. Elevator was out of services at check in all staff very helpful but at checkout not so much. Each time we went to the front desk the man in the back office would shut the door so he didn’t have to deal with us. He did it to me my sister and other customers. I’ve stayed here before and usually have wonderful customer service it was disappointing that on the Monday of check out the man working was not helpful at all.

Location is great Food at restaurant is delicious Pool and hot tub is nice Rooms are clean and spacious
