The bed was extremely comfortable The location was nice and quiet, close enough to downtown Northhampton but far enough to not hear traffic.

"Overall, our stay was good."

We really enjoy the different options that were available for breakfast. Also, we loved having the coffee, hot chocolate, and muffins available to us at anytime. The room was spacious and very clean.

The website stated that the pool was heated. This was one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel. Along with there being a hot tub (which wasnt working at all during our stay) Once we got there, the water was so cold we couldn't even enjoy our time in the pool. This was a huge disappointment.

Cleanliness. Good breakfast. The restaurant on property was delicious. The pool and hot tub were clean. Rooms are spacious.

The elevator was broke. Not bad on average day but luggage in / out was difficult.
