Food is shocking. Its not bad its omg bad. Breakfast is part cooked on 1 side. Rind in bacon is silky not cooked at all. Sausages lightly cooked on 1 side only, raw black utting. The staff do their best but lack of training is so obvious the management should ne sacked. Bedroom Shower dribbling out, room v v hot, asked for double bed and got a single The lift is slow but the doors at reception open the wrong way so it's chaos. The best bit as leaving.

Just disappointed. We booked a two night stay as we were visiting Coventry radio one big weekend and was cheaper than staying in Coventry. The worst experience as a group of people that had been a the festival got back and we’re being so loud and noisy. Banging on doors from 12am till 7.30 am the next morning. At one point my partner actually got up and told them to shut up. Was quiet for all of 5 mins. As a result of this discretion we got no sleep. Completly unacceptable and I felt more should have been done to kick these people out/call the police as it was not fair on other guests staying at the hotel. Another lady also complained the same time as we did at reception. The man on reception did all he could, offered us breakfast and a free drink but to be honest I felt it was worth a refund due to the constant distribution. The second night it was a lot better, but it tainted our stay. Personally, it’s one of the most depressing hotels I’ve visited. It’s on an industrial estate, decor is dated, breakfast wasn’t great and they’d ran out of basically most evening food apart from meat pizzas. Not one to visit unless it’s a necessity. Service was okay though.

Great stay as part of our journey back from Europe. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. We had two large dogs and they were given food immediately on arrival and when we were eating later in the bar. So nice to see happy friendly staff. We will definitely stay there again

Bed was very uncomfortable and when you ran the tap in the bathroom it leaked out of the back all over the worktop and all over the floor which led to me slipping and banging my toe told stuff on desk but never sorted it out

Comfortable room in a rather soulless hotel in the middle of an industrial estate just off the M1. Breakfast fayre not the best and the ambience was more transport cafe than hotel dining room. Only go if you have no alternative.

Arrived late at night and was given a key that didnt open the door so had to go back down again with case . at 2.15am the fire alarm went off and woke me then at breakfast at 7.00am there was a large group of workers drinking beer and being very loud ..not a great start to the day

Basic but perfectly decent small hotel, absolutely fine for a stop-off if you're driving along the M1. Staff very friendly (and very welcoming to a small dog). Would stay again if travelling in this part of the world.
