This is a good hotel, managed poorly. The check in and check out process is inefficient and poorly done. Membership number was not entered, checked me out in a different name and room number. With the desk staff not speaking English, makes for even worse a situation. The biggest sore point is they have piped in music in the elevator lobby and that music filters into the rooms at night keeping you awake. Calls to the reception desk to lower the music volume were ignored. May give them another chance, but not happy at all.

This was a good place to stay when working in the industrial zone in Reynosa. The hotel was a bit old and on occasion had problems with plumbing in the room. But problems always resolved. The restaurant was awesome! Great breakfast and dinners served.

This is not my first stay in this hotel but I will do everything it will be the last one. The main issue is the food: the restaurant is terrible. First time in Mexico I find a place where they don't know how to prepare basic Mexican food like guacamole or pico de gallo...many dishes listed on the menu are simply not available! And when they are, they are of so poor quality. It's desperating. Who is in the kitchen? We really wondered during the 4 nights we had dinner... Almost each night the tablecloth was stained. Digusting ! The service is slow and not professionnal at all. And for what concern the hotel itself: what thinking about the reception waking you up you at passed 11pm, calling you because they lost the dinner bill you just let on the restaurant's table ? The cleaning of the room is random: I found many times hair on the floor in the room and in the bathroom. And last but not least, phonic insulation is close to zero, you can therefore hear your neighbors at anytime coming back to their room. Of course, the doors slam since they have not been adjusted to avoid this... For check-out we spent 20' at the reception desk to get our bill. For what reason? We still don't understand. What a bad and sad experience. To be avoided as much as possible.

The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms are really nice. The staff is very friendly and with a corporate rate you can get a great value (breakfast included and better rate). It is recommended to get a reservation at least 2 days before, standard rooms have a high demand. The hotel has a swimming pool, fitness area, and a restaurant. Across the street there is a mall with cinema and local stores.
