I would recommend this facility. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Every effort was made to make my day trouble free. The restaurant and lounge is very nice and wait staff was also professional and very courteous. The facility is safe from local crime and the front desk is monitored 24hrs/day.

Todo en teoria esta bien excepto lo siguiente: Personal: No habia personal en recepcion 24/7. Tenias que buscarlos. Salon de Eventos: Fues casi imposible dormir ya que se estaba llevando a cabo una XV en salon y pareciera que fuera abajo del cuarto que me toco. Aunado a esto con la remodelacion en el pasillo pusieron piso y se escucha todo el caminar del personal y huespedes. Tambien se escucha en elevador cuando sube y baja y el sonido de su campana. Me quede en la habitacion 2100, de ser posible y les toque pidan cambio.

El hotel estaba en remodelacion y eso hizo nuestra estancia un poco menos agradable, pero independiente de eso todo estuvo de excelente. Muy buen hotel.

This is very solid place for business stay in Reynosa. Hotel is well located, Hotel quality is quite good. Hotel staff is very efficient and polite. Rooms are spacious and clean. Reynosa is not the safest place in Mexico but this hotel feels very safe. Restaurant is not as good as one would expect.

Our stay was we though was going to be nice until we woke up bitten from bugs. We though we were getting bitten while being out but by the last night we knew that it was the room. The floors felt dirty and humid and it just was not the pleasant stay that I usually have at the holiday inn. Non the less the hotel staff was super nice and even took us to our family house nearby. Ther service is awesome and the staff the room was very subpar not what you expect from a holiday inn.

Hotel is dated; really worn and not clean. Please clean carpats desperatelly

This is a clean hotel, but dated. Carpets are worn and looks decolorated. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean but dated. I might not return here again, nothing to be amazed about, just an average stay. Este hotel es limpio pero viejo. Las alfombras lucen gastadas y decoloradas. Las camas son comodas, el baño limpio pero viejo. Yo no regresaría aqui, no tiene ningun encanto, fue una estadía promedio.

Business trip, close to major customers

English skeaking hotel staff is very friendly ans always ready to help, clean room annd a comfortable bar and restaurant. For smokers, the bar doubles as a comfortable smoking area. Enjoyed the stay, and will be back for shure.
