Holiday Inn Reynosa Industrial Poniente by IHG

I just spent this past week in Reynosa,Tamps. And I was informed that the Priority Club Rewards privileges do not apply with them as they are an independent Holiday Inn Industrial Poniente . What Holiday Inns in Reynosa are part of the Priority Club Rewards privileges.? Such as 4:00 PM Check-out as my flight departs 6:00PM from Reynosa to Mexico City . Room upgrades, and the fruit basket in the room . These are all nice and pretty in your adds but they don’t do any good if the Hotels don’t participate.

Always book online through their website. It is always cheaper like that.

The hotel is nice, but is a little expensive. The location is good, nearby a large mall. Parking lot has security and we felt very safe while at the hotel. The room was nicely decorated and had ample space. The pillows were hard by our standards, but everything else was fine. There is no continental breakfast, but a restaurant attached to the hotel. We ate there once, and the food was good.

I thought the hotel was great. I usually don't stay at Holiday Inn hotels, but there weren't many options at this location and the price was good. I was very impressed: the rooms were very clean, the hotel was comfortable, the staff was nice, and everything was in order when I arrived. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Reynosa.

I've been staying here more than 6 months, as I was in Reynosa for business. The hotrel was pretty new and I found it clean and tidy. The personnel was lovely and the restaurant really good, maybe the best one in Reynosa...The great mall at the other side of the road is very nice when you have time to spend (downtown is not recommendable..) The only issue: I've been trying several rooms during my stay, and some one is very noisy due to the air conditioning systems...hopefully they have fixed the issue now..

An excellent property and pretty new (less than 2 years old); very well located in the new developing zone of Reynosa, close to Rio San Juan Industrial Park, Reynosa Airport and in front of Plaza Periférico (the best local mall) on Hidalgo Blvd (highway to Monterrey). However, the staff is terrible. Front desk clerks bark at you. The property is not very well managed and shows some signs of decadence. (for example: their bathrooms smell, non-smoking rooms have been smoked, gym treadmill was broken, etc.) However, demand is so high, hotel is allways full. Make reservations in advance. Fiesta Inn Reynosa, near by, offers a much better service and competitive rates.
