"This place is well run and the staff are very friendly and very helpful."

The hotel is currently undergoing a number of minor renovations. Solaris bought it only1 year ago. These renovations will undoubtedly be ongoing for the next year but because they are not structural, they will not affect your stay in any way. The good thing is that (because of the renovations) it is currently an exceptional value for your money.

Pools and location. I asked for extra blankets and got them right away . Breakfast was great location too.

Lobby bar could be better used or organized. People talked about how confusing the setup was. Sports & shows for seating . Needs defined areas and more seating

Location, beach, nice pools, and nice balcony view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value.

Food quality was okay, not amazing. The beer and alcohol was poor quality and no better options were available for purchase (no bottles or cans). The draft taps were not well cleaned. The music was way too loud from the lobby bar late at night for no reason.

It's old not finished renovate. The air condition and phone was not work in my room. I asked someone to help but I need to wait and asked again and wait for lots of time. The room was not clean and old
