Barceló Gran Faro Los Cabos - All Inclusive

The property has recently been starting renovations. I was fortunate that my room faced the ocean, was quiet, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The location and mature landscape will make this a stunning resort when renovations are complete.

Property was clean and comfortable and in a great location- rooms were really nice size with a table and a nice deck with a decent view. Water pressure in the shower was OK and never a problem with hot water. Pools were clean and the adult hot tub was a but could’ve been a little bit warmer. $4 Uber ride to San Jose Del Cabo - staff were all wonderful / polite and did all they could to please. La Froshetta Restaurant a 6 min walk was an excellent off grounds dining experience!

Drink quality unfortunately was very very poor - Pool Bar almost impossible to get a drink in under 10 min - bartenders don’t even attempt to make eye contact - tried 5 times to get a Salted Margarita - went 0 for 5 , they just don’t seem to care! Food was a 5 out of 10 - omelette station at breakfast was the best feature.

El personal fue muy amable, las instalaciones son buenas en relación calidad - precio, la comida es buena y cada día anexan variedades exceptuando el área de las piscinas donde son únicamente snacks y la variedad es la misma, el uso de servicios de comida a la habitación también es muy buena, las habitaciones no son tan modernas pero son cómodas por lo que puede hacer áreas de oportunidad para mejorar pero cumple para permitir descansar. La realidad es que vale la pena hacer la compra del todo incluído.

Hay un aroma en el bar de la piscina que es fuerte aparentemente emitido de alcantarilla por lo que sería importante arreglarlo, la persona que atiende en Starbucks lo hace de mala gana y de forma grosera. La señal de internet es pésima es de las pocas cosas que definitivamente no me agradó. Y de igual modo, los restaurantes a reservación son buenos, en mi caso y el de mi acompañante fuimos al italiano y la comida vale la pena, sin embargo el servicios entre cada platillo es demasiado tardado (20-30 min) lo que le quita puntos a la experiencia.

Sometimes the pool music (the base) was too much. We found quiet at the front of the hotel, but toddlers can’t swim in those pools and we have one. The noise from room to room travels a lot

Very good location and nice staffs. The three signature restaurants are good but you need make the appointment to get it.

The wifi is terrible. Poor connection and very slow. The worse internet that I ever had experience. The buffet needs more options and not enough options to attract the people. The signature restaurant need to make appointment but the app doesn’t work.
