Barceló Gran Faro Los Cabos - All Inclusive

The location, the staff, especially the staff, the food on the buffet was fresh and varied.

Our rooms were not together until I paid for an upgrade. There were only two restaurants outside of the buffet to choose from, and we could only get in once as they were booked. The app to reserve did not work.

Property is very open. There’s no proper gate in the front, that didn’t feel very safe.

It was clean, quiet, easy to get a pool chair. Food was good 👍

Didn’t like how the bartenders washed the cups at the pool bar, they should be sanitized better than that. Didn’t like that there was not ice available in any ice machines and at one point no ice available at the pool bar. We often went to the lobby bar for our drinks. Didn’t like the rotating lights earlier in the evening up at the rooftop bar, would be nice to enjoy a drink there and the views without those lights…. Save the lights for after dinner hours… party time.

El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, nuestra habitación estuvo perfecta, tiene las amenidades necesarias. Las albercas muy padres! Los alimentos excelentes. EL evento en la noche, en el sky bar, muy padre! Los meseros en los restaurantes, super amables!

En el bar de la alberca, eran las 10 am y no había hielo.. y nadie sabía a que hora estaria disponible. El personal de esa área no era del todo amable. La cerveza, más bien malita. Solo servía un elevador.

The room was incredible with an amazing view. There was a bottle of champagne in the room when we arrive which was lovely. The staff were absolutely incredible right from the lovely concierge, right to the restaurant and bar staff and all in between. The pools were lovely and clean. They had pools that were adult only for those of us looking for a break from children. The drinks were lovely and the servers were always there when we needed them. The resort was clean and well kept. The food was really nice. Great options for any breakfast you would like. The lunch buffet was lovely and also so many options. As well as the snack bar which they always kept topped up and fresh. The entertainers were great at bringing the pool aerobics together with high energy. We really enjoyed everything about this resort.

Nothing. The whole place was wonderful. I would only recommend a bit more options and entertainment during the day (maybe some challenges and competitions) and the night shows to keep the night life a bit more active. Although we were there during a low season and there were not very many guests. So that was probably a factor.
